The Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) Theory Exam Prep Classes
The Cosmo School of Music is once again running our online comprehensive weekday course to prepare students for the RCM Level 8 Theory Exam this summer. This course, taught by a member of the RCM College of Examiners, will cover Levels 5 through 8 Rudiments to prepare students of all beginner/intermediate levels for this exam. We are also running a special session of the Grade 9 Harmony course for those students wanting to work towards their advanced theory exams.
Did you know that RCM Practical & Theory exams may count towards Canadian high school credits?
A maximum of one Grade 11 university/college preparation music credit may be awarded towards the OSSD for the successful completion of the following:
- Level 7 Practical and Level 7 Theory, The Royal Conservatory Certificate Program
A maximum of one Grade 12 university/college preparation music credit may be awarded towards the OSSD for the successful completion of the following:
- Level 8 Practical and Level 8 Theory, The Royal Conservatory Certificate Program
