They collaborated to create the first "Badass" bridges, crafted from a high-density Zinc alloy. These innovative bridges significantly improved attack, sustain, and note clarity. Artists quickly embraced Badass bridges as upgrades for their Fender basses, even featuring them on Fender artist signature models. Throughout the 1980s, BC Rich, Spector, and Kramer incorporated Badass bridges as standard equipment, further solidifying their reputation.
