The YBL-822G features a .563 inch bore with an offset double dependent rotor system in the key of Bb/F/D with a redesigned D slide for improved response plus convex lightweight valve caps for better slotting control and projection. The 830 Xeno Bass Trombone also features a 9.5 inch gold brass bell. The Yamaha YBL822G Xeno Professional Bass Trombone includes an ABS contoured case and Yamaha Douglas Yeo Signature Series mouthpiece.
