Fun Bass To Play
I picked up the bass after many years of not playing and have been very happy with my RBX 174. The bass is very resonant and so I even play it without the amp ocassionally. Nice P bass sound and have just started to use the J bass pickup a bit if I need a little more midrange. Neck is very comfortable and smooth. I'm playing a bit every day now for the last 2 months and can't wait to jam with a band.

Fun Bass To Play
I picked up the bass after many years of not playing and have been very happy with my RBX 174. The bass is very resonant and so I even play it without the amp ocassionally. Nice P bass sound and have just started to use the J bass pickup a bit if I need a little more midrange. Neck is very comfortable and smooth. - Confirm all mechanical operations work properly including whammy bars, fine tuners and built in tuners.
- Inspect construction.
- Inspect condition of the strings.
- If powered by a battery, confirm it is at full strength.
- Humidify if necessary.
