If Vic Firth could fine tune the weight distrib...
If Vic Firth could fine tune the weight distribution and weight consistency of every stick, then this is the perfect stick. I bought a whole case in 2000 when they came out. Every stick weighed the same; and the weight is slightly to the shaft or shank. I loved it. Then I started to notice the inconsistency. It's not Dave's design that is the problem. It's the manufacturing process that has slipped a little. Otherwise, it's a powerful, yet bouncy stick for pp, to ff!
