A fingerstylist’s dream, Taylor’s mahogany/cedar Grand Concert 512ce packs stunning warmth and midrange presence into a comfortable, player-friendly package. The smaller body and 24-7/8-inch-scale neck make for an intimate playing experience, and the cedar top responds with a wonderful midrange bloom, especially for players with a light touch. Appointments include faux tortoiseshell binding and pickguard, a rosette of faux tortoiseshell framed by grained ivoroid, and a grained ivoroid Century fretboard inlay.
  • Cedar is less dense than spruce with a softness that typically translates into extra sonic warmth
  • Mahogany back and sides offer strong midrange, with a fundamental focus and controlled overtones that give your instrument a mellow, played-in sound
  • With V-Class bracing, an acoustic guitar top can be both stiff and flexible for increased volume and sustain
  • Onboard ES-2 electronics amplify the warm, natural tone of your guitar without compromising on acoustic quality and provide 3 easy to operate control knobs that give you full command of volume, tone and bass
