- Overdrive range is so evenly spread out across the range of the Gain control that it goes from absolutely clean to medium gain with no unusual jumps in the dynamic response
- Tone control adjusts the treble frequencies much like the Cut control on a Vox amp, providing natural sounding tone shaping

Turned my Hot Rod Deluxe into a real amp
Just go buy it... it's thick, it's creamy, its transparent, it's got bite. The drive range is insane, the eq is so useable, and the presence on it makes your amp sing. I put it in front of my hot rod deluxe (version 4) and it killed all my desire for anything "better".
