The first payment must be for a minimum of 4 weeks and must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.  After the first 4 weeks payments must be made in one of the following ways. Monthly payments at the reception counter are not accepted.

Option 1: Credit card on file - put your credit card on file and Cosmo will charge your card every four weeks or when your payment is due. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form at the lesson counter.

Option 2: 16 Week Plan - you receive 1 free cancellation when you pay for 16 lessons all in one payment.

Option 3: 24 Week Plan - you receive 2 free cancellations when you pay for 24 lessons all in one payment.

Option 4: 32 Week Plan - you receive 3 free cancellations when you pay for 32 lessons all in one payment.

Payments must be made one week in advance to hold a lesson day, time and teacher for the next 4 weeks. If a payment is not received when due the lesson time can only be held until the end of the next day.

Notes:

• Rates are based on private (one-to-one) lessons.
• There are NO registration fees.
• There are NO taxes on lessons.
• We cannot issue tax receipts.

$1.00 off each 1/2 hour for each additional lesson.

Students receive 10% off all music lessons taken on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

If someone enrolls for minimum of 4 lessons and uses your name as a referral, we will give you a free lesson. This only applies to current students.
