I want to thank you very much for rushing the repair of the clarinet I brought in on the evening of Dec 13th. You fixed it and had it ready for Tim to deliver to Doncrest the next day, and the student could play it in the CONCERT on the 15th. So kind of you! I really appreciate it.

It was a real pleasure to visit this week. I have to say I was blown away...what you have done with your superstore is nothing short of sensational. I recognized concepts from some of the best retail music retail operations from around the globe, but no one to my knowledge has put it all together quite as you have.
