We thank you for following our policies. Due to the number of students enrolled in our school we put these policies in place to make our school more efficient for our students, teachers and staff.

• All group class registration is done through the staff at the lesson counter.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot in the class.
• Full payment is due by the first class.

A $20 charge will be applied to a student account for each NSF cheque received by the school.

• If enrollment is not sufficient to form a class any payment made will be refunded.
• Cosmo School of Music reserves the right to alter the format of a group class.
• Homework assignments will be made available to parents and students for missed group lessons. Missed group lessons will not be refunded unless the school cancelled the class.
• Group program make-up lessons are NOT available.

• Refunds are not issued for group programs once the classes have begun.
• Deposits are not refundable at any time.

Cosmo School of Music reserves the right to determine the start date for all lessons. Start dates may be postponed if enrollment is not yet sufficient to form a class.

Cosmo School of Music reserves the right to suspend students for inappropriate conduct.
