Jordan Rudess

Jordan entered the prestigious Juilliard School of Music for classical piano training at the young age of 9 and has become a recording artist, composer, producer and performer. In 1994 he was voted Keyboard Magazine's 'Best New Talent' after the release of the solo album, entitled 'Listen'. Some of the artists he has worked with include the Dixie Dregs, Vinnie Moore, Annie Haslam, David Bowie, Enrique Iglesias, Tony Williams, Jan Hammer and the Paul Winter Consort. Jordan has been a member of ‘Dream Theater’ since teaming up with John Petrucci and Mike Portnoy in 1999.
Guthrie Govan

Guthrie was a member of Asia from 2001-2006. In 2006, he and two other former members of Asia, John Payne and Jay Schellen, formed GPS. Guthrie also recorded and toured with ‘The Young Punx’. His many accolades include Guitarist Magazine’s 'Guitarist of the Decade' in 1993 with his instrumental piece 'Wonderful Slippery Thing', and Guitar Players’ 'Best New Talent'. Guthrie Govan is considered by many to be the greatest guitar player on the planet.
Beyonce’s Horn Section

It was a pleasure to host the amazing musician’s from Beyonce’s Horn Section: Tia Fuller, Crystal Torres and Kathy Rodriguez-Harrold. Although they are working with a world-renown artist, they were very down to earth and approachable. The ladies demonstrated the abilities of their respective Selmer Paris instruments and let the audience ask questions about the products and their background in music. Tia, Crystal and Kathy gave us insight into what is like to tour with such a fabulous musician and how much ambition/drive they all have.

Doyle Dykes

Doyle's early years as a guitarist took him around the world touring with ‘The Stamps Quartet’ and later with Grand Ole Opry Star, Grandpa Jones. Influenced by a wide variety of musical styles and musicians, Doyle has developed a distinct, recognizable sound that amazes audiences with skill while capturing hearts with sincerity and soul. It has been said that ‘Doyle is one of the finest fingerpicking guitarists around.’ He has played on stage with Les Paul, Chet Atkins, Duane Eddy, Peter Frampton, John Fogerty, Vince Gill and many others. Doyle designed the very successful 'Doyle Dykes Signature Model Taylor Guitar' (DDSM).
Alain Caron

Roland and F-bass proudly presented UZEB bassists Alain Caron. He is considered to be a virtuoso 6-string bass guitar player, playing fretted, fretless and MIDI bass. His musical skills were formalized by correspondence lessons with jazz improvisation teacher Charlie Banacos and by attending a summer session at Berklee College of Music. Alain has also been a session musician with Leni Stern and with Gino Vannelli.
Dennis Chambers

Pearl and Zildjian were proud to present the illustrious drummer Dennis Chambers. Dennis began drumming at the age of 4 and was gigging in Baltimore-area nightclubs by the age of 6. In 1978 (at the age of 16) he joined the John Scofield band. He now tours the world with Santana and performs with talented artists such as Herbie Hancock, John McLaughlin and Steely Dan, just to name a few.

Billy demonstrated his extraordinary drumming skills that he has shared with famed artists such as Miles Davis and Peter Gabriel.

MusicMan was proud to present the phenomenal bass guitarist Dave Larue. Bassist to the Dixe Dregs, Steve Morse Band, Dream Theatre and G3, Dave keeps busy. When he is not touring he is traveling the nation to educate the true lovers of bass guitar. In between he produces his own solo records, writes, plays and produces for various artists.
