Department Head - Guitar Department
An opportunity to head the largest department in Canada’s largest music retail store is presently available! We’re looking for a well qualified individual to take on the role of Department Head in Cosmo Music’s Guitar Department.
Preferred candidates will show evidence of the following:
- Background in guitar/bass (and knowledge of related equipment/product);
- Experience in retail and/or customer service (5+ yrs preferred);
- Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others;
- The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly;
- Customer focus;
- The ability to grasp new concepts quickly;
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Shrewd business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness;
- A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.

Cosmo School of Music
