<![CDATA[Celebration of Music Monday @ Cosmo Music – Monday, May 6th]]> Mon, 29 Apr 2013 11:56:57 +0000 Richmond Hill, ON, April 29, 2013 – Cosmo Music is pleased to host Music Monday in support of the Coalition for Music Education on Monday, May 6th.

This is the 9th year of Music Monday in Canada but the first celebrated at Cosmo Music. This year’s song I.S.S. (Is Somebody Singing) was written by astronaut Col. Chris Hadfield and singer/songwriter Ed Robertson of the Barenaked Ladies. Col. Chris Hadfield invites all Canadians to participate in the video below:

At 1:00 pm on May 6th, Randall Public School (Markham) will be singing the song from the Atrium within Cosmo Music. <![CDATA[Cubase 7 Special]]> Wed, 20 Feb 2013 17:30:23 +0000 Cosmo Music and Yamaha Canada Music are excited to present Greg Ondo from Steinberg North America as a guest speaker for Club Cubase North Toronto.

An alumnus of the Music program of James Madison University, Greg has worked for Steinberg for over 20 years and has done over 1,000 seminars on music software and technology.  He has worked as an audio engineer and won a TEC Award for his work on Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival DVD.  He has helped many facilities and artists including Peter Frampton, Hans Zimmer, Electronic Arts, Chuck Ainlay, National Public Radio, Michael Wagener and Phil Ramone.

Put simply, Greg is one of the world's leading experts on Cubase, Nuendo, and Wavelab.  He will be presenting the new features of Cubase 7, as well as answering all of your Steinberg questions.

Club Cubase is a free user group for songwriters, musicians, engineers, producers, and anyone interested in making music with their computer.
Meetings are free and you do not need to be a registered Cubase user to attend.  Users of all experience levels are welcome.
