    A frequently asked question I often get while working here in the band department is “What is the difference between an instrument that is a ‘Student Model’ and one that is a ‘Professional Model’?” To answer simply, the main difference between these models can be attributed to two things:
    1) The materials used to construct the instrument.
    2) The quality of sound production the instrument gives.
